THE APPROACH
The implementation of this project assumed the creation of a tool that is not only convenient and intuitive for the user, but also takes into account the handling of business processes at the client's end.
SOLUTION
The analysis of the client's business, the Vietnamese real estate market and user heat maps, supplemented by our previous experience in working with the real estate industry, gave the desired effect.
Our goal was to prepare a simple and intuitive website. We wanted to provide the user with the best possible way to find the property that interests him. The website's back office uses the Wordpress panel, well known to the client's team. Thanks to this, there were no problems with the implementation of agents to handle inquiries, add property adverts and respond to user feedback. We have develped our own processes to make sure that the final product is secure from bot attacks and other types od digital fraud. Among other things, we used root.io to change the default Wordpress schema, which eliminates the problem of bot attack in 99.9%. Sections that could slow down the loading of the site were coded using the React frontend technology.
